-taco bell is open until 4am??

-driving home intoxicated results in pretty yellow plates and also jeopardizes a nice little thing called life??? - yeah you know who you are

- i have a cut on my hand that appeared overnight? (random)

- i'm going to be working not just one, but TWO jobs on my return from down under??...a waitress and HOF girl..i'll be working hard for that money...just to dig myself out of what will be a financial hole with my parents...

alot of people have been asking for directions for sat..so here they are

from alliance take 62W to the exit for lousiville- turn left and go all the way through lousiville and when you're out in farmland look for georgetown rd- turn left, then the first street on the right will be sunlight ave and it's the house all the way down and on the right

from CS take 77 to 30 E get off when the highway ends turn right at the light- go all the way through like 2 stoplights turn left when you see a rt 40 sign and it says lousiville with an arrow- go for about a mile or two and u will see georgetown rd. turn right, another right, and it's the last house on the right

the star is deceiving, it's actually at the end of that street

it's my FOURTH OF JULY UPDATE!

happy birthday America- i love fireworks...esp after baseball games where i will be tomorrow night!!

i did go to tom petty...

i lied but it was amazing!!!

last night i went to bed pretty mad...i mean after everything that happens why can't you still be friends? it's not like i wasn't hurt or anything...i think it's just ridiculous!!

yesterday I got some help with cleaning my car!!! and now it looks really good! too bad she'll have nobody to drive her for the next four months...

speaking of australia....only 13 dayss...holy shit. i definately haven't even started packing, which basically means i haven't even thought about what to pack. haha i had a dream last night where our apartment turned out to be like the real world because all of a sudden like tons of people were in it and there were like 20 beds...haha.. and alot of people from my high school were there...it was definately an interesting REM. no but seriously as the time gets closer i am getting more and more unsure..ah! but i know it will all work out unless we have some getting along problems while we're there

well i think the g-ma has some pre-july 4th festivites planned for the day so i better go get my swimsuit on!

oooooh shit i almost forgot-

good news- i survived sunday acting as a lifeguard....my legs are sore from it....out of shape....

hitch is a good movie....

i beat my dad at a bet today....of what jimmy fallon's name was...petty/stupid, yeah but a glorious victory for marissa...

i love living in the some-what country...the past couple nights all of the trees have lit up with fireflies and it has to be one of the awesomest things ever.....

so my mom doesn't want me to go to australia....

plane ticket half way across the world: $1669.00

renting an apartment by the beach for 4 months: $2000.00

all the stacks of paperwork and legalities: $400.00 and one big hassle

personal expenses: who knows how much! alot!

BUT.....

laying on the beach that is really close to my apartment, walking into bars and having a drink, class- maybe not the greatest thing ever...but quite interesting, living on my own with friends, sight-seeing, having the time of my life=PRICELESS

i'm just really torn at leaving everyone i love and all my friends at home....it will be really rough for me bc one of the main reasons i picked mount was to be close to my family because it really comes first for me...the hardest thing will be leaving my brother and sister...yeah they can be a pain but wow i will miss them more than anything in the world. but then again i can't wait until they are all grown up to do something i really want to do. i <3 them so much! (and the p and g-rents of course!)

i am alot like my dad so everyone says i have a hard time expressing how i feel and i guess that has pretty much proven to be true. i get funny about talking about love and thankfulness and stuff like that. so i just want everyone to know how appreciative i am of everything they've done for me even if i don't say it!

so on that note i'm out bc there's not much more to say! catcha on the flip side
